The agreement between you and Bhavyaruni, in plain language.
This is a summary, not a contract. Bhavyaruni is a demonstration product. In a live deployment this page would carry the full executed document, with a version history and an effective date. The substance below reflects the commitments the product is actually built to keep.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Enable MFA — it is free and it works.
- Accounts are personal. Sharing one with a colleague is a breach of these terms and, more practically, ruins the learning records for both of you.
Content and ownership
- Course content belongs to whoever created it. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to learn from it, not to redistribute it.
- Content you author remains yours. We hold a licence to host and deliver it, which ends when you remove it.
- Certificates certify completion of the assessed content. They are not professional qualifications unless the course page says so explicitly.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape the catalog, redistribute course material, attempt to obtain assessment answers, or misrepresent a certificate you did not earn.
- Do not use the AI assistant to produce work you then submit as your own for a graded assessment. It is instructed to refuse; doing it anyway is a breach.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Individual purchases are refundable within 30 days, no reason required.
- On cancellation you can export every completion record, certificate and piece of authored content. We do not hold your data hostage.
